The blog’s been quiet for too long – usual excuses of too much day job, a bit of holiday, etc. I’ve been undergoing a bit of a creative drought, to be honest, but stuff’s happening below the surface, and more images will be posted soon.
In the meantime, I’ve got a number of events lined up in the Bristol area in the next month or so:
Tuesday 23 August 6.30pm
Electricomics talk
I’ll be giving a “tech talk” about the Electricomics library, and making digital software for creatives with the Bristol Java Users’ Group. More details here It’ll be partly pitched at software developers, but possibly of interest to other digital creatives too.
Saturday 3 September (morning)
Bristol Mini maker Faire
I’ll be running a 1 hour workshop on improvised comics, and have a drop-in table for small comics using models, as well as selling my books More details here
Saturday 1 October (all day)
Bristol Comics & Zine Fair
I’ll be running a stall selling the weird and wonderful creations of the Lines of Enquiry collective. More details on the fair here.
