I’m just back from a weekend in Kendal, where I’ve been installing my Window Trails work at The Foyer Cafe. And what a coincidence-packed weekend it was, including:

• disappearing windows
• a trip to the oldest Quaker meeting house in Britain (and therefore the world, I guess)
• Zen Buddhist meditation
• bumping into an old friend I hadn’t seen in 23 years
• large bald mystery man asleep in the corridor of the hostel
• a cathedral full of wild animals 
• a recognition of the stillness that happens when words have run out

Anyway, here’s a few pics of the window, and the earlier works in progress at home. I’ll post more when I’m feeling refreshed !
